Holiday Mashed Potatoes
5 lbs Potatoes, peeled & cut
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Half & Half
½ Cup Butter, + more for top
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Season Salt
1 tsp Regular Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
Boil & drain potatoes.
Mix Cream Cheese and half & half until creamy, add hot potatoes & beat. Add melted butter & seasonings; beat well.
Spread in 9” x 13” baking dish. (Can be done the night before up to this point.)
Top with melted butter & paprika. Bake 35 - 45 min @ 350 degrees.
Yum! I love, love, love, potatoes. I also do mine the day before, then put them on warm in the crock pot the day of for a few hours. So much better than mashing while your rolls are burning.... or whatever :)
